Worked for me one first boot and adding more, maybe you just got unlucky. Or were you using older gen ryzen? Cause yea those had some ram issues from what I heard. Ryzen 5000 is really stable and doesn't have much ram issues.

Noted. Ryzen 3000 is hit or miss, with most being the latter, Ryzen 2000 and below is severely unstable @ 2933+.

I have Vengeance RAM and a Ryzen 9. What’s wrong with the Vengeance and Ryzen? Mine works fine.

Rams are overpriced, better hope you get b die or that ram would be a waste, if you do get b die then congrats you got good value b die, if you get anything else then congrats you got garbage rams xD

 

U9s does not make sense, even worse is that its a god damn beige cooler so rip your aesthetics anyways

 

980 is only good as a storage drive and not an os drive cause its dramless, rip overpaying for a garbage samsung dramless drive, i highly suggest returning it and getting a drive with dram like the silicon power a80 or crucial p5

Isnt that just for ryzen 1000 and 2000? They are terribly overpriced but if you get b die they are very good value rams for being b die cause 4000 cl14 is easily acheivable for most decent b die

I'm just speaking from experience. I have personally seen vengeance (especially LPX) through the whole 1000 and 2000 range just fail to run over 2933, anecdotal for R7 and under for 3000 series, and I have not come across many builds for 5000 series that have vengeance. It also is heavily dependent on the memory controller which I would hope on a Ryzen 9 would be high binning.
