Advice for computer upgrade

Hi members of the ltt forum, I'm looking to upgrade the gpu in my computer.

My current one is a amd rx 5700 ( not the xt version) and looking at recent sales in my country i could either 1 sell it and get a nvidia 2060 super or a 2070 and gain a couple dollars 

or i could sell it and buy a 2070 super or a 2080 by adding a bit of my own money 

or add even more money to get a 3060 ti or a 2080 super 

all are viable options and i can spend the extra money just want to know how much i should upgrade to. Also to note is that I have a ryzen 3600 and wonder if i should upgrade that as well and if so to what . I want to be able to play apex legends on 1440p and still get a good fps.

I'd rule out the 3060Ti and 2080 Super, an overclocked 2080 will match them in performance, so might as well save some money and get a 2080. 

 

Personally, I'd go 2080. the 5700 is about the same as a 2070, so the performance uplift would be negligible. The 2080 will be noticeable, and is probably the best value.
