Setting up a 300+ player mc server. Need help for picking parts

I'm looking to make a server for a discord server, ByteCafe (cuz I'm friends with the owner) but I am having a bit trouble picking parts (I'm from India so please ignore my trash English) I don't want to host a server on one of those server hosting sites because they are usually very far away and my ping goes higher than GPU prices. So I am thinking of building a server dedicated pc. I know MC is CPU intensive game so I should probably go for a Intel Core rather than a Xeon (i think?) . For storage I have already chosen an SSD but I don't know whether I should get a 2tb or 1tb SSD and I don't know if聽535 MB/s is a good enough speed for this large of a mc server. RAM i think should be only 64gb ( or this way聽too much idk ). Please correct me if I'm聽wrong. ( which i am probably am ) 馃槃

Where do you plan on hosting this and how fast is the Internet connection?

Normally in my basement (lonely boi right here) and my speed at my home is 1.6 gbps
