Alt pressed down, periodically?

Okay, so my friend has this really weird problem where his keyboard sometimes act like it's pressing down alt and sometimes it just randomly stops and acts normal (but when acting normalt the alt key doesn't work)? It goes on/off and happens with all keyboards tested, so nothing wrong with the keyboard itself. Any reason to this?

 

He tried factory resetting, disabling all sticky keys settings and surrounding settings in the same tab

which keyboard is it? when did he buy it? is it just this keyboard?

happens with all keyboards tested, as mentionend above.
