Ram Help

Hello all. I need help with my system. I can't get my ram to boot Xmp. I have a pair of Apollo Predator 3600 cl14 stick. Asus Z590P Mobo, 11600k CPU clocked at 4.9 on two cores the rest 47. Air cooled.

Did you tweak anything for the cpu? See if it runs on stock. 3600 isn't guaranteed on that platform so could just be a bad combo / cpu with weaker memory controller.

 

Does it run on 3200 same timings?

check if the ram is on the QVL

Use Gear 2 instead, make sure VCCSA and VCCIO are not over 1.35V and for lifespan sake I would recommend not going over 1.3 and 1.25

Couldn't find the qvl for the board. Which is irritating

Yes it's over locked. When you say platform do you mean Mobo? The Mobo goes up to like 5200

Is gear 2 like OC 1 or 2 or maybe Xmp 1or 2? This voltages are in auto

with platform he means the IMC in the cpu, its all lottery how good IMC you get.

No, you'll find this in the memory menu (probably a submenu along with the timings).

I see. Yeah that chip says memory support 3200. So run at 3200 and lower timings?
