Guys I need help!!!

So I accidentally got into bios and then I got stuck because it keeps coming back into bios everytime I turn it on. I've done cleaning the ram, gpu, removing the SATA cable and putting it back in and removing my m.2 SSD and restoring my bios default settings. So the problem here is my BIOS can't boot into the drive where my windows was installed because it doesn't read my drive but its showing on the system status but not in the boot option. HELLPP ME!!!!

The Windows might be corrupted. Insert Windows installer and do repair install or try to recovery with disk image.

It could also be worth trying to force CSM/legacy boot. Yours is set to auto it seems but that doesn't mean it always works. 
Then try UEFI mode only if that doesn't work. It looks like if nothing else was done it isn't reading the boot sector properly
