Need help with 2042

Sometimes if I don’t play 2042 for a few days when I launch it I have to go through the game like I’ve never played and it resets every single setting. I have the game on origin and am on windows 10. Can anyone help? (I also could not find anything online or on YouTube. The only thing I found was 2 other people with the problem and no answer)

Happens to me as well, you will need to change your settings in game to the way you like it then close the game.  Navigate to C>Users>name>Documents>Battlefield 2042>settings

 

Make a backup copy of this "settings" folder. If this glitch every happens, just overwrite the settings folder with the backup you made.  Your game will be like it was before the glitch.  Hope this helps.
