need help for first pc

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: games like payday 2, fps games and hoping for VR

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I don't have annything yet so I need everything. i'm hoping to be able to play VR on it to so it must be VR ready. I will be playing at 1080p or 1444p. I'm upgrading from a laptop with an Intel Pentuim 5405U with integrated graphics (uhd graphics 610) and 4gb 2133 Mhz of ram (1 sodimm).

 

I would like to stay under budget but if i go like €50 over that doesn't mind.

I would like to buy it in the next month or 2.
