Is it worth it to buy 3600 ram over 3200? My CPU will be i5 12600k and h670 motherboard. I will be using it's iGPU beacause you know graphich cards are...

Depends on price difference.
If not a lot, yes.
From personal experience it does make a slight difference (was going to suggest oc'ing the 3200 but then i realized its a h670)

Between Kingston Fury Beast 3200 cl16 and 3600 cl17 price difference is ~12 usd.

Considering the latency, i increase i don't think there is a big difference between the performance, i would go with the cheaper kit.

Latenci increases from cl16 to cl17.
