Powerful android TV box with wifi 6

So I am looking for an android tv box thas must meet the following criteria: 

Must have wifi 6

 

Must have a powerful SoC 

•  By powerful I mean that it must not throttle/lag when streaming games either by a streaming service or when I stream them locally from my computer (e.g steamlink) 
•  I also need it to be strong for 3D emulation e.g PSP roms, (as a "benchmark" for my needs it has to be able to play e.g games such as God of war for PSP at a decent framerate without frameskiping ona decent resolutionpreferable 1080p or at least 720p

 

It must have at least two USB 3.0 ports

 

It must be able to playback video at atleast 4K (not interlaced ) at 60Hz with HDR support

 

It must support all the modern/popular codecs for video playback, web video and streaming 

 

Does such a device exist or do I need to wait for upcoming devices in mid 2022 (e.g a new nvidia shield pro successor )?
