So.. im new to this forum but im hoping someone can maybe have some suggestions/advice, hopefully this is the right place to post it....

Im having a weird issue that only started happening yesterday despite having the graphics card for a couple weeks now (hardware list to follow), so i noticed when im playing WoW my gpu temps will go to about 65-68*C and the fans willbe at 0 rpm, there will also be light screen flickering... like it doesnt go completely black but it will flicker black for a millisecond. When the fans kick on on the flicker the issue will stop. So far ive only noticed it while playing WoW, every other game i play runs perfectly fine. I play at the optimized specs as per the GeForce app.
PC setup:

R5 2600

Zotac gaming RTX3060

Gigabyte B450m DS3h

Vulcan T force 16gb RAM (2x8gb 3000mhz... though for some reason its only running at 2400mhz)

seasonic 650W PSU

I used to have a RX 570 and never had any issues, with the above menitoned hardware i play every game on high or ultra at 1080p, CPU usage is around 20-30% when issue happens and GPU is at maybe 70-75%. Hopefully i didnt forget any info that could help.
