Pc isnt recognising all ram

I recently attempted to reset my bios thinking that it could improve performance. I did this by taking out the cmos battery for a minute or so and putting it back into its slot. My windows 10 I believe now cannot use on of the ram sticks, even though when I go into bios, it shows that I have 2 sticks of ram installed, and when I go to msinfo32, it also comes up with the right amount of ram installed.

I'm not sure if this helps, but before I tried to reset my bios, my bios would show that it had dual channel for the ram, but now it does not after the cmos reset.

Is there any way to fix this. Thanks
