Gpu Problem

My pc won't boot to windows after installing gpu, but it boots to bios. I tried uninstalling the drivers, disabling the integrated graphics. It worked last night but after an power outage I tried turning it up but it won't boot windows, it works with the integrated graphics but not with the gpu.
