thats probably all you need to troubleshoot this.

 

so everytime not every time i shut down my pc the time goes back a few hours. yea thats pretty much it, its really annoying, has anyone heard about this before? im probly going to take out the cmos battery but what do yall think?

the thing is its not the same amount of time everytime, sometimes its 5 hours back, sometimes it 3 hours.

Open Notepad, write what you want the batch file to execute, hit "Save as" and change the "Save as Type" to "All Files". Then name the file "fixTime.bat" or whatever you want to, as long as you have the ".bat" in there. You should just need to double click the file to run the file. 

 

As for how to get it to run, open the Task Scheduler, click create basic task, name it something, select "When the computer starts," hit "Start a Program," select that batch file, hit finish.
