LTT Retail?

So does LTT have any kind of retail operation or is it affiliated with one or have one it would recommend above others? I watch all the videos about who to avoid but find little info on who I can trust. Having spent my last few shekels on a "renewed" GPU that was DOA this past summer, I would rather buy stuff from an outfit I'm sure I can trust and I've come to trust LTT implicitly. As one of the few 80 year old PC gamers online (since 1983), my tiny retirement income doesn't leave much of a margin for screwing up like that anymore so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sorry we don't have a technology retail operation and it's just not feasible for us to pursue such a thing at this time
