Pls help :(

  I done this in my BIOS.. After saving it crashed. Now when I turn on my PC only black screen appears and my monitor goes into sleep mode. 

I tried to unplug BIOS battery but nothing... I changed GPU and PSU but still nothing.. Can someone give me some advice what i can do next? 

I have  ryzen 5 2600x, rx 580 4 gb, aorus elite b450, 8gb ram ddr4 3200mhz, 600W psu  EVGA

Read the mainboard manual on how to correctly perform a BIOS reset.

 

And don't follow some willy-nilly random YT guide

I did but still nothing

Then you bricked your mainboard. Sorry, can't help with that. Try an RMA from your supplier. And don't do it again.
