Salvaging old PC into new

CPU Cooler: Deepcool GAMMAXX GTE V2 64.5 CFM CPU Cooler  (£19.99 @ Scan.co.uk) I doubt the stock cooler will keep the 10400 temps low enough, so best to just get an aftermarket cooler.
Motherboard: MSI MAG B560M BAZOOKA Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard  (£99.98 @ Scan.co.uk) costs a bit more but much better.
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  (£34.57 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: Samsung 980 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  (£43.99 @ Amazon UK) much faster.
Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE Bronze V2 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  (£48.90 @ Alza) might as well give yourself some room for upgrading.
Total: £247.43
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Budget (including currency): £285.01

Country: United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Premier Pro, After Effects, Blender, Minecraft, Counter Strike, Total War: Empire, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, WWII Online

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have an Acer Aspire XC-895, which is good, however, I want the ability to upgrade it in the future, but the PSU, motherboard, and case don't fit into any form factors and have weird mounting systems, so what I decided to do is salvage all the parts I can (CPU, CPU cooler, HHD, RAM) and putting them into an old, mini tower case with a new Asus Prime B560M-A motherboard, Western Digital 500gb m.2, Cooler Master MWE 450 Bronze-V2, and additional Crucial RAM CT8G4DFS824A 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz RAM for dual channel memory. The new specifications compared to the old are in the image below.

This will be my first time building, or tinkering with a PC that isn't already broken, so I would like some advice on either saving money, or improving, as well as equipment needed for the upgrade and the software side of things, as I have no idea how I'll do that aside from watching YouTube and hoping for the best.

This upgrade will cost £220.18

Thank you for any help you can give.

Thank you, I've just ordered these parts and I'll be building this as soon as the parts get here.
