Pc reset wont open games

I recently maked a reset to my pc just to clear some space in c drive.So the reset was in windows setting by pressing reset this pc and i continued the reset without deleting the files only programs.everything have been deleted from the desktop there were only my games that i had them in D drive.I installed the platforms like steam and epic games where the games belonged to but steam and epic games didnt recognize that i have them still on the D drive.I reinstalled some of them and they work but i have some others that it will take me some time to open so can anyone help if i can verify the files somehow?

Usually you verify through the launcher.

If the launcher doesn't see/support them being imported, you'll need to download them again I would think.
