Hello, forum.

So, my almost a decade old Radeon HD 7770 died, so I'm looking for a replacement. My current choise is AFOX GeForce GT 730 4GB AF730-4096D5H5 (the main reason is the price). As far as I understand, it's compatible with my Biostar Hi-Fi B85S3+ motherboard, Intel Core i5-4430 3 GHz CPU and a FinePower DNP-550 500W power supply.

So my 1st qustion is: is it really compatible, because I'm sure I overlooked something.

And 2nd: maybe there are GPU with a better performance in a similar price range.

What's your budget?

What do you need it for?

Popular cheap GPUs are GT 1030 or GTX 1050 Ti.

Mondern iGPUs (integrated in the CPU) are pretty good too, just in case you think about replacing CPU, RAM and motherboard too.

  1. Around 150$
  2. Gaming on low setting (games like Apex Legends and Rainbow Six)

The GT 1030 looks promising, thanks.
