Media Content is Blurry

As the title says, all media content that I watch, whether it be Hulu, Netflix, or YouTube, plays rather blurry/pixelated. I have 2x Gigabyte G27Q monitors, they're 1440p 144Hz, connected via DisplayPort 1.2 to my Radeon RX Vega 62 8GB. I don't really notice an issue in gaming(it could be there, I just don't notice it), only in media content, and I don't believe it is the content itself or my internet(200 down, 20 up) that is causing the issue especially since watching content through my xbox on my TV at 1080p looks insanely better, even if I get up close to it.

The content is not super blocky, but one example I notice that is a key difference between watching on my pc vs. my Xbox is in an episode of The Witcher; just a short panning shot, the tree branches look pixelated and almost "stutter" for lack of a better term on my pc, but not through xbox. I also notice it in faces a lot, but it's present everywhere.

Any suggestions as to what the issue could be? Windows 10 and all CPU and GPU drivers are up to date.

Makes me wonder if the thing is actually doing 1440P for those images. The issue is most media isn’t recorded at that resolution. NTSC (old school USATV) is 240i for example. It might be a question of the resolution of a particular piece of media. Iirc when I was a kid I would watch PAL which was still crap resolution, but better than NTSC. When they played stuff recorded for NTSC it looked blurry.
