Budget (including currency): $1700 USD (preferably not all money spent)

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Tarkov, Apex, Minecraft (graphically educed games)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): My partner is starting to get into gaming. I've gone ahead and bought them a NZXT H510 case. I was wondering if someone could get to me about some parts or a whole build that would work for these kinds of games (price does not include monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.) Around the $1500 USD mark. Thank you!

I'm guessing you're not super tech savvy based off the fact that you bought an oven. Anyway, it looks cool which is the thing that matters. What res and graphics do they want to play at? The only midly graphical demanding game there is tarkov, so you should be fine with a 3060 ti/3070. A 5600x is also in your budget.
