Asus laptops and fan noise, experiences?

I've owned 2 Asus Vivobooks - an FX-8350/RX 460 one a few years ago and the current Ryzen 5 3500u I'm on now. 

Each one, after about a year, have started having issues with fans grinding and rattling sounds. Cleaning the fan hasn't helped. Any other experiences with loud Vivobook fans? I don't chuck them around or anything, lightly used, but both were often put in a backpack so perhaps the issue. Ah, modern laptops... seem to break 5 times more often than the old ones...

Fans have bearings, bearings need lubrication, TLDR use motor oil after peeling stickers and popping plugs. If its not meant to come apart, replace it.
