Linux Dualboot error, how do I fix it?

I am trying to dual boot by installing windows along side ubuntu.

I get this error messages when I boot into Ubuntu (GRUB 2), and I get this error message when I boot with (GRUB (Legacy) and Use EasyBCD's copy of GRUB.

 

How do I fix this? What am I doing wrong?

Did you disable secure boot? That's usually the error you get when secure boot is enabled and the distro doesn't support it.

I disabled it and it kept on booting me into BIOS so I had to re-enable it, it did not fix my problem
