For the expense and effort you'd have to put in to find some local outfit that would sell you a piece of glass custom cut to the right dimensions and then modify the case to accommodate it, you would be ahead to just transplant your system into a new case that already has a glass side. It would probably also be much better for airflow.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

So my buddy has put a acryl glass panel into his case, he used a dremel and stuck the acryl glass on the inside, he was careful and it looked clean. If you should do that I would recommend to cover the parts of the case that you want to cut with painters tape in order to get a cleaner cut (less paint scratches along the cut)

Cut a hole, cover the edges in some sort of trim if you arent gonna file and finish the side. Make sure you measure the inside for interference so you dont get too big of a piece.

double sided take to place the glass on the panel if its sitting close enough. Or jb weld putty. Put tempered glass in my cases doing that. Cheaper and easier than buying a new case. But some dont have the skill or imagination to attempt modding of any sorts.

It's not guaranteed that the motherboard and other sundry from an HP or Dell prebuilt will even fit in a standard ATX case, though. They often use proprietary motherboard designs and cable run lengths are very specific. The recent Gamers Nexus videos showcase OEM prebuilt madness quite nicely.
