Question about gpu memory max temp spikes

Hello, i use a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Vision OC - 10GB and just wanted to ask if its normal "okay" that in some Games my gpu memory max temp sometimes hit 96-100° (according to CPUIDHwMonitor)  i have lots of room in my Pc case 4fans in/2 fans out , my pc also  is standing preatty open on the desk so nothing hidners air flow. i use a ryzen 7 5800x with a Noctua NH-D15S chromax.black, cpu hits max like 90° but i already heard the ryzen 7 5800x is quit hot and okay in the 80-95° range. Yup, memory gets that hot or even more on most 3080/90s.
