Help with fans on GPU

I’m trying to fix my GPU fan. I’ve watched a bunch of videos online about adding lubricant to it and how most fans have a little rubber stopper that you can take out and add lubricant to that. I don’t have that. I think they magnetic bearing fans? The sticker on the back says “DC Brushless Fan”.

 

I’ve taken that sticker off and I can see the circuit board for the fan through cut outs.

some video say you just need to pop the fin part off the main unit but I’ve tried and don’t want to put too much pressure on it in case it breaks.

 

Any have some advice or tips? Maybe a video?
