Depends on the board. Check manufacturers website. Seach motherboard model + support 🙂 Under CPU support you can see which BIOS supporrts the different 5000 cpus.

I know on JD (China's equivilant of amazon), they flash it for you by default unless asked otherwise. I can send you a product link if you want.
