Depends on the board. Check manufacturers website. Seach motherboard model + support 馃檪 Under CPU support you can see which BIOS supporrts the different 5000 cpus.

More than likely no, but if you get one that's been on the shelf for 2 years it's possible. Just get a board with BIOS flashback to be sure.

I know on JD (China's equivilant of amazon), they flash it for you by default unless asked otherwise. I can send you a product link if you want.
