@hamster835 The Community Standards don't really allow help in regards to pirated or other such software, however since it sounds like you have uninstalled the software and are wanting help making sure you systems is clean I think your topic asking for help can stay open for now.

What I would do is check the actual file location of the Firefox process that is using the high amount of CPU time, you can down that by expanding the Application Name and right clicking on the process (can be multiple, choose the one with high CPU) and click on 'Open File Location'. See below picture.

The should open Explorer to the folder path 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox'.

Having multiple Firefox Applications/Processes on that tab in Task Manage indicates to me that there are multiple installations, or portable versions, of Firefox running that are located in different paths on your system. When I open multiple Firefox Windows or a Private Mode Window they are all grouped and listed under the single Firefox App/Process with multiple actual processes when you expand that.

If I make a copy of the entire Firefox install folder and copy it to C:\Temp then go in to this folder and run firefox.exe I now see two Firefox Apps/Processes in Task Manager, similar to you but you have three. When I go through the same process to get the process file location as before Explorer opens to 'C:\Temp\Mozilla Firefox' for the second Firefox App/Process.

Note: You can right click on the top of one of the columns and add the 'Command Line'  column to see this as well, as seen above.

So find out where that Firefox process executable actually is and if it's the proper installed copy in 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox'.

If after that it all checks out and isn't abnormal or seems like a potential issue the next step would be to check your Firefox Add-Ons for anything suspicious listed there.
