Choosing the right ram

Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor

I have that m/b with processor and i want to "upgrade" the rams because i am getting a very white case , so i wanna make a black and white theme. So what are the best that i can get in white?or black?(tho i will go with white more , but now depends on what the are the options) With or without RGB , give me some options please. Thanks

The ones that come to mind for me are the Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB in white or T-Force Delta RGB in white. They come in varying capacities and speeds so pick what you want based on budget and application but these two are the best choices off the top of my head.

Compatibility should be fine just make sure it is ddr4 and your not gonna get extra proformence from a higher mhz because 9th gen intel only uses 2666mhz but if you get ram that is 3200mhz it will still work

do to make a long story short and simple just buy any ddr4 ram that fits your look and budget

Not always. Z series and B560 allow ram overclocks. I ran 3200 and 3600 mt/s on my 9900k just fine.

What motherboard are you using? If it's Z series, it'll run at 3200 mt/s just fine.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Then you can run faster than 2666 ram.

I've never used and T force ram, but I also haven't seen anything bad about them on here. On the 9900k, you won't notice a big difference between 3200 and 3600 mt/s, but on PCPP there really aren't much for better deals at that price. I'd grab them.

For reference, I ran white Corsair LPX with my 9900k, and now it's running mismatching sets of black LPX (2x8gb 3200 mt/s and 2x16gb 3600mt/s, but both run at 3200.)with no issues. Some people have had issues with it, but it looks like it's not really available there right now.
