So I was having issues with windows 11, I was able to reinstall windows, but I noticed that it seemed when I had all my ram in the computer, it was glitching and freezing on the boot screen. When I took out my 2nd DIMM it worked just fine, and then when I put the bad DIMM in the first slot (where it was previously working with 1 DIMM) it then would do the glitch again and then I put the other DIMM back in, it would work again.

My guess is that it's a bad DIMM, maybe from electrostatic, or something unknown since virtually nothing changed and then it stopped working correctly.

I was reading online and some were suggesting to possibly bump up the voltage to that DIMM and see if that helps. Does anyone else have any suggestions before doing a return to Amazon?

The ram is Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL 3200Mhz 32gb 16x2

CPU is i9 7920x

MOBO is Gigabyte x299 Designare EX

If it's me, I'll just RMA if I can RMA.
Bumping up the voltage might solve it, but it doesn't mean it's not a troubled one.
