First one have way better CPU, But 3060 is better than 6600. There isn't all parts listed, But I would get 3600 system, Because 6600 will be enough for 1080p gaming, But that I3 will most likely bottleneck you. 

What is motherboard for both system and other parts? They might be too bad, Not worth buying at all
