I have the LG 27GN600-B Gaming Monitor 27" FHD 1920x1080 144Hz and I used the dp port that comes with it, I plugged and unplugged many times the dp port on my mobo and monitor nothing yet

are you plugging it into your motherboard or the GPU?

 

you can't use the motherboard ports, since you have a 3700.

I switched my connection to my gpu but still nothing(monitor - > gpu)

Hello, any info regarding this issue? I have the same error listed above, so it started to happen after i plugged out the cable from the monitor and pc and plugged back in. I've tried the following scenarios but with no results:

1. Changed the cable with another cable with version 1.4 DisplayPort but with no effect.

2. Changed the cable to two different DisplayPort slots from the GPU. Error still shown.

3. Uninstalled the GPU driver, deleted the created folder from Program Files then reinstalled back in. Error still shown.

4. Updated the GPU driver from Device Manager and the error is still there.

5. Changed the DisplayPort version from the monitor menu from 1.4 to 1.2 and vice versa, same error.

6. Unplugged the power cable from the monitor and waited like one hour and plugged back in, same thing, error was there.

 

My pc specs are:

Monitor LG GN32650-B

PC:

Intel Core I7 Rocket Lake 11700F

Mobo AsRock Steel Legend B560 ATX

1 SSD M2 2028 WD Blue 260GB, One SSD 2.5 Kingston 240GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda 128mb/s

16 GB RAM GSkill Trident RGB 3000MHZ

PSU Seasonic Focus GX 80+ Gold 750W

Running the latest Windows 11 Pro with all updates.

 

Any info regarding this issue? @LinusTech This is an LG issue or driver? Need a little bit clarification and help here. It is about the Ultragear series.

Open your LG Monitor Menu and change to correct DP version.
