DCOM Error 1084 PC Shutting Down Randomly

Hello,

I upgraded my CPU from AMD Ryzen 3600X to 5600G with no dedicated GPU. I flashed my MBO Asrock Taichi X470 with the newest BIOS flash on Asrock's website with the code 4.70 before the CPU switch. And now my PC is shutting down every time I get into Windows. I performed a completely new Windows install on a formated SSD. Also I managed to download and install the chipset and VGA drivers for the APU. BIOS and safe mode are working flawlessly. Im getting this in the event log:

DCOM got error "1084" attempting to start the service ShellHWDetection with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server: {08D9DFDF-C6F7-404A-A20F-66EEC0A609CD}

The long code changes with every log and sometimes instead of ''service ShellHWDetection'' i get : service lfsvc, service BthAvctpSvc, service wuauserv, service WSearch, service BITS, service TokenBroker, service camsvc, service EventSystem, service WpnUserService_32e8d, service RmSvc.

The service changes but DCOM always stays. I dont know what to do about it. I already reinstalled my GPU drivers and Windows and its still happenning. The flash went well no problems so I dont have a clue whats up with my system.
