System Problem

Hi, it's only been 2 weeks since I fid a fresh reinstall of windows. 

The problem I have is some times when I connect my external hard drive in it locks up and then some times by locking up my start menu is inactive then file explorers freezes and some tile it just ends task but nothing happens when I restart the pc and its some who did again.

MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX Motherboard 

Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Edition Heatsink & Fan Black & White Intel & AMD Sockets

PowerColor AMD RX 580 8GB DDR5 RED DEVIL Graphics Card Gaming Version (AXRX580 8GBD5-3DH/OC)

Kingston KHX3600C18D4/16GX 4 Sticks 64gb total

Intel 660p M.2 2280 512GB PCI Express 3.0 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive Rev:4.00 (OS DRIVE) (2019/08/09 sticker date)

I think its could be a motherboard MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX Motherboard could some help me or tell me what's the best motherboard i can buy for this CPU ?

Sounds like the drive is failing

Don't think so I ran tests and it passed the manufacturing test. It is a bit dusted build up I'm planning on cleaning it mebe that might help? Could it dust problem? My last motherboard did the same before the motherboard packed it some ports are all doing the same. Can I ask what alternative mothers can I try with the current set up I need one with built-in wifi and Bluetooth? What do motherboard would you suggest?
