Help with components to PC

I need help with components cuz this is my option one with slighty better card (at least i think so, if i'm mistaken please tell me) and second one is the same exept :Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC 6GB GDDR6 with  SilentiumPC Signum SG1X TG RGB as a case. This is pretty much max i can spend so i would like if noone recommended stuff like 3060 lol. If possible i would also like information how both this options would do in games (My monitor is Acer Nitro VG240YBMIIX if you need this information). Thank you so much for help beforehand

Looks pretty good, though you'll rapidly run out of space on that 500GB SSD if you play many games.

Yes i know but my budget don't allow it at the moment, but hey, i can always buy one later right? Also could you tell which option is better, first or second?
