Block and report the numbers as spam.

Also be careful where you give out your phone number. If it's really bad and as frequent as you say you may want to consider changing numbers though that can be quite a hassle and if they're just targeting random numbers it might not help.

Not much you can do. If you're in the U.S., there's the National Do Not Call Registry. Other areas may have something similar. However, it's pretty much ignored anyways. All you can really do after registering is file a complaint if you still receive a call, but enforcement is basically non-existent.

If it has an actual number, you can block that number. However, telemarketers get banks of random numbers they use to call from, so you may block a hundred of them and still get calls.

If it comes through as Private or Unknown caller, which is becoming more and more common, you're almost entirely out of luck. You phone should have a setting that will allow you block all private or unknown callers, but is a blunt instrument: all or nothing. There may be legitimate calls coming from private numbers and you'll no longer be able to receive those either.

welp is there any way i can get rid off advertising messages?

I get like 1 advertising message on my phone no. in every 30-60mins and its starting to piss me off.

If it's coming in as text, use Google Messages. It has pretty good spam blocking.

Another solution, ask your carrier for a new number.

Along with that, setup a Google Voice number.. It's free with every Gmail account.

Only give your cellular number to friends & family. Use the G Voice number for everything else.
