Far better value w upgraded cpu + 1250cad for a gpu

Gpu wise maybe a 3060ti or 3070 instead of a measly 1660

20$ w10 you can get from sites like scdkey, even has some promocodes for a discount, iirc tech yes city has a promocode for scdkeys

do you want a slow ricer pc with all the aesthetics but no performance aka equivalent to a ricer civic, or do you want an in between pc aka good looking but fast civic and not a slow ricer civic with a fart can exhaust?  Sorry but if you are gonna waste some money on a needlessly overkill aio then you are prob gonna have to downgrade the gpu
