I would like to know if i can use a PCI gen 4.0 slot for a PCIE part that i want to get this item https://www.vive.com/us/accessory/wireless-adapter/ But i dont know if you can use a PCI for a PCIE slot and this is my motherboard which doesnt have one a PCIE slot this is my motherboard https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z590-AORUS-PRO-AX-rev-10#kf  thank you for reading.

That accessory doesn't use PCI, nothing has used PCI since about 2008, it uses PCIe just like your motherboard has. Every slot on your motherboard is also PCIe, and PCIe slots are backwards compatible, so that card will work fine in your motherboard.
