Alright, I'm having an interesting issue:

My server pc (motherboard is asus z9pa-d8) won't turn on with my Nvidia gt210 plugged in, so I unplugged it, switched the bios to prioritize onboard graphics, and it loads up fine. I installed windows, installed the correct drivers, and device manager even sees the GT210 and recognizes gpu, but the board still won't load up with the gpu in.

Any idea how to fix this? Would be seriously appreciated.

when I'm using things like virtualbox over teamviewer, it lags when I don't have a gpu on the server pc

Hmm. Interesting.

Try a different PCIe slot? Can you make sure the GPU works in another machine?

I will try that, I also have a GT220 I can swap in to try. But it did work before I unplugged everything to re cable manage the server side of my pc...
