Max CPU after swapping GPUs

So I swapped my 1070 for a Radeon 6600 xt and now my Intel i5 6600k is running at 100% 100C after installing the new drivers and restarting the computer and just idling. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thats very hot. Did it run that hot before?

 

Is it possible you knocked the cooler while swapping your gpu?
