What is Intel GNA?

My laptop has a BIOS update available that says it supports GNA and improves system performance. I can't find much on what GNA is, does anyone know? My laptop is a Latitude 3120 2in1 (currently on BIOS 1.2.2, never updated)

Looks like an Intel technology and stands for Gaussian Neural Accelerator.

Interesting, never head of it. The changelog also notes neural noise cancellation, is that supposed to do something similar to RTX voice?
