Best NVMe enclosure?

Upgrading my laptop's Toshiba NVMe drive to an SK Hynix P31, my mom needs a fast external drive, so I figured I'd buy an enclosure for her. My requirements are - 

 

  • Compact
  • Great build quality
  • Good thermal design
  • USB-C 3.1 or better
  • About $30
