Windows 11 Long Boot Times

Hello everyone, since moving over to the Windows 11 official release my boot times have increased to 10-20 Minutes compare to around 10 seconds when I was running windows 10. I also have a bug where clicking shutdown doesnt work, I have to use the CMD Command to get it to shutdown.

I did a clean install and wiped my hard drive before installing and am running the up to date release of windows 11, I have ensured that I am running the latest Bios for my system as well but I am unable to find the problem, does anyone have any ideas?
