Hey guys. Just putting together and ordering my build. So the question: is the MX239H worth it? Price to performance, picture quality? Looked at a heap of reviews, they said the monitor was great, but I was wondering if it was overpriced or bang for the buck.

Thanks guys,

Good choice, although the Dell U2414H is on sale on Dell's website for 30 percent off, coming to $286. Shipping to Australia is included. Currently mulling it over as there are two more days.

Easter sale :) I'm also thinking about whether or not to get this monitor. I recently broke my previous monitor so I'm "monitor-less" at the moment. Unsure whether to splash the cash on the Dell or get a slightly cheaper LG or AOC IPS monitor.

I have the same monitor and its quite nice. I managed to get 70Hz out of mine and the colours are good. There are several modes such as Theatre, Game and Movie mode. These just change the colours slightly, I have mine set on the sRGB mode for more accurate colours. The viewing angles are extremely good with the AH IPS panel. Speakers are decent and the monitor is fine for what I do.
