Pc Stuttering and Lagging In game's

The issue:

 

All my games run fine until in game,then every 10 second's or so my FPS drops to 5-15,My temps are fine all under 50c plus it doesnt matter if my settings are maxed out or not i end up with the same result.

 

My Spec's:

 

Fx 8120

Gtx 770

Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 

WD 2TB HDD

8GB 1333 ddr3 Ram

500w coolermaster psu

 

(All drivers are up to date)

probably the PSU thats really low for a GTX 770

MY GTX 770 recommends a minimum of 600w

are your voltages on your cpu consistent i had a problem like this with an 8350

check with OCCT

gtx 770 takes 230w max

I said the box recommends a total system wattage of 600W's, at minimum. Heck I even upgraded from a 600W, since I have a GTX 770 and that was pretty low and bare minimum.
