I want to change my thermal paste and I unscrewed my cooler but I cant get it out it seems stuck it doesn't even budge . I replaced the thermal paste last May this year.

Have you tried to twist the CPU cooler?

Can you provide a picture of what you're working with. For all we know its still secured to the motherboard.
