How do you do, fellow kids. I've got a question for somebody that has enough wisdom and can help me.

So I'm currently in the US, and my Nokia 6.2 is giving me a lot of grief. Lags, screen is not working properly, power button issues, etc. I've been eyeing the Pixel 6 for a couple months now, and here comes the question.

The Pixel 6 is attractive at the moment, 599 for a nice phone, but there is a but, I'm going back to Europe in Q1 2022… and I was wondering whether a phone for the US market will work with European carriers and in Europe in general. Because I haven't seen many pixel phones in my country before, and pixel 6 is nowhere to be found. Also the rumored price is 699 for the starting Pixel 6 in Europe.

TL;DR Should I buy a NA market Pixel 6 for use in Europe.

You'll likely be fine. The Pixel 6 supports a very wide range of 3G, LTE and 5G frequencies, including bands I know show up in Europe. Do check if Google offers support in the country you're going to, though. The last thing you want is a broken phone you can't fix without leaving the country.
