Z690-A is garbage?

I recently got upgraded to the 12th generation, and my motherboard I decided going for the higher layer, Z690-A.

However coming across alot of problems I just makes me feel I bought a crap motherboard.

 

1. The fans spins up and down as soon as I do anything. Opening up Chrome, it revs to max, then down again. Random shit sometimes, it does the same. Very annoying and Armoury Crate nor BIOS "optimize AI Fans" does nothing

 

2. Getting a like 20Hz "dunk" sound of my speakers each time my computer cranks up, I never got that with the Z390. It "dunks" between 4-8 times each time I start my PC. It does it right after POST screen

 

3. Getting frequent BSODs, Watchdog and Critical Process Died, I have updated BIOS and all other relevant stuff via Support page of ASUS themselves. 
And after I get a fatal crash on Windows (not bsod just a hard reset out of nowhere) my audio drivers seems to be fucked up, Windows finds the "Realtek USB Audio" in device manager, but NO sound is being played no matter what I do, inactivate and activate, does nothing.
I need to reset my PC AGAIN, then it starts working again...

What is this crap? What is going on?

1 fix your fan curve then, it seems to be really agressive, this can be done in bios if memory serves

3 did you reinstall windows when you upgraded? seems like soemthiings up with the chipset drivers
