Air Flow vs Static Pressure

If static pressure optimized fans are designed to push air better then why go with regular air flow fans?

I know but wouldn't high quality sp fans still be better for your case as well?

static pressure fans are more optimized for pushing airflow that goes through an obstruction, eg radiators, hard drive cages. hence why they have a bigger surface area on the blades. air flow fans are just for airflow with no obstruction.

it depends, from what i've seen on forums, air flow optimized fans tend to push more air as they have a higher cfm in an unrestricted space. static pressure is generally designed for heatsinks and radiators with a lot of resistance to the fans.
