That means nothing. Thats like saying my car is red. 😉
And also the more specs of your system you share the less people (like me) have to ask for it.
The more you share the better the answers could be. 😉

Brand and models, and maybe tell us why the Fan is at 0RPM (or tell us you are as suprised as us).

We do not know ANYTHING about your setup, only what you tell us.

And we dont know if you dont tell us.

So my answer now is, replace the shitty PSU. 😄 (dont take to seriously i know nothing.)

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

My bad,

Specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro V2 AM4 Dual Channel DDR4 ATX
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Corsair Series RM850x, Fully Modular 80 Plus Gold
RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ DDR4 3200Mhz 32gb (4x8)
SSD: 1TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus

As you already mentioned, I have no idea why the RPM of the fan is 0 and why it spikes up and down
Everything except for the GPU is new (I didn't buy anything used) I tried resetting my Windows via usb (no idea if it helped)

Thats quality hardware, so thats good.

Afaik that GPU does not have no-fan mode, correct? (that it turns off fans when idling).

  1. Are the power cable correctly connected to the GPU?
Maybe check them, take them off put them back on. (They might not be fitting correctly). And is easy thats why on top. 🙂
  2. But i'd try first removing GPU driver completely using DDU.
